$25-30hr two (2) days a week, work hours 8-3 or 9-4 paid 30 min lunch. After first year we pay $1,000 bonus, every year. This is for Homeowner not agency! Paid weekly! Large one floor home with no kids, no pets, just happy couple (we both speak english and spanish). Very clean, organized home in Encino, Hayvenhurst and Ventura Blvd near Gelsons grocery store. No chemicals, we have everything you need to good good cleaning. You must have car to go to Gelsons grocery and dry cleaners! You must live close to Encino not more than 30/40 min from house!
