JOB DESCRIPTION In search of experienced FULL-TIME General Maintenance worker (40 hours/week) to assist in keeping up with our property’s maintenance demands. Searching for 1-2 people to be part of a 12 -person team to provide maintenance services for our property management clients. What you will be asked to do: 1. General Maintenance • Subject but not limited to the following: a. Plumbing services b. Painting/Patching/Mold Removal etc. c. Flooring Installation/Repair d. Exterior clean-up Requirements: 1. VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK (EX: SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER) 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in gardening and general maintenance 3. Searching for 1-2 people to be part of a 2 -man team to provide clean up and gardening services for our property management clients. What you will be asked to do: 1. Landscaping/ Basic Gardening a. Mowing of lawns b. Leaf-blowing/ Clean up c. Trimming of trees/bushes d. Edging 2. Removal of Cast-off items/Bulky item pick up Requirements: 1. VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK (EX: SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER) 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in gardening and general maintenance 3.
