SwiftCARB, a world class industrial cutting tool manufacturer is seeking a shop assistant for our south Kent location. ** SHOP EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. ** If you have a general knowledge of tools and like to work on your car or other mechanical projects, this could be a very good match for you. Your willingness to work well and follow instructions could lead to a machinist career with our company. You'll need to be reliable, punctual, responsible and take on new tasks as you become part of the team.
Day shift is Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM. Start at $16 - $18 per hour DOE with raises based on your performance, performance bonus also available, full benefits including 100% company paid health insurance after 90 days. There is substantial room for personal advancement for those willing to contribute to our team effort.
