On The Rise Landscaping is a small business in Fort Mill, SC. We are professional, agile and fast-paced. Looking for dependable individuals to join our Family Owned Landscape Business to provide services in York and Mecklenburg Counties. We are currently looking for both Crew Leaders and Crew Members. To be considered for a Crew Leader, you must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of landscaping experience. This can be a full or part-time position with year round work. Hourly pay is based on experience. Qualified Applicants should have experience weed eating, edging, using a commercial zero turn mower, blowing leaves and debris, trimming shrubs and trees, and performing cleanouts. Applicants MUST HAVE reliable transportation to and from work and previous landscaping experience. Start time is 7:00 AM in Fort Mill, SC. Applicants should be reliable and willing to show up daily. Pay rate will be determined based on your demonstrated skills during a trial work period. Looking to hire new crew members immediately. Raises will be offered after 90 days.
