Rodent Removal Needed

I need an inexpensive rodent removal company for a rat issue in a property that I just purchased. It is a historic 2 story home with a crawlspace. The property has not been lived in for 5+ years. I have had a crew on site for the past few days doing a clean out on the property and they have noted that there are live rats inside of the pantry area of the kitchen. ***TEXT ONLY!!!***
