Description

The position is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the exterior of the property and for the cleanliness of all common hallways, stairwells, storage areas, community room, laundry room and such other internal areas that may be of general use. Maintenance must have the mental and physical ability to complete the complex series of tasks required to properly maintain the property. Responsible for daily repair of the property Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property Must be available for weekend on-call shifts
