Full Job Description Lawns by Randy, a leading lawn and landscape service industry company is preparing to hire a Lawn Care Specialist Do you have a passion for working with clients to deliver their dream lawns? Is follow-through on a customer service and technical process important to you? Are you looking for a position in a fast-growing service industry company? You must successfully be able to: Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal Required Experience or Skills: A valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods Familiarity with common landscaping equipment Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred) Reliable and self-motivated You can expect from Lawns by Randy: Vacation/PTO Uniforms Holidays Ongoing Training and Development If you are chosen for an interview, we will go into more detail about the descriptions/duties of this position.
