Large landscape business in Hampshire county is looking for a responsible, motivated person to run construction crews. Job Summary: The working foreman supervises operators and laborers on the crew and will coordinate the project, procurement of materials, subcontractors, complete work orders and other necessary paperwork, manage labor and their performance and complete weekly safety talks. Position Description and Requirements: Operate landscape equipment Drivers license and reliable transportation Effective communication skills / must have cell phone Ability to keep records of daily tasks Available to work 40+ hrs a week / OSHA 10 training a plus Responsible for general sitework/paving projects Preferred traits: Hardworking Reliable Respectful Cooperative Attention to detail Strong work ethic Self motivated team player All applicants must provide name, contact info and list of references.
