Be on the outlook for a Silver BMW plate KHD 4012 in area of Linton School ( Schenectady High School) racing engine and loud exhaust, no front plate, tinted windows, racing McCellan/Kingston/Wyoming/Sheridan/Sheridan Plaza, sits and races engine, smoking his weed, harassing neighbors with loud exhaust and sitting and racing it. Especially (SUNDAYS). Please call NY STATE POLICE. New- Will find house late at night, park in front of houses on Wyoming Ave and rev engine and beep horn, when you pass by, and flick his lights. Seems shady on this new tactic. Again call NY State Police and report. Numerous calls to Schenectady Police, have been un productive. This has been a issue sine Jan. This is his second BMW in this past 7 months. NY STATE Inspection Station this car was inspected at, was reported for falsely Inspection Exhaust modification/ Engine mods. No Front Plate
