Looking for a sub-contractor to help us with service calls, maintenance & repairs, moving things, assembling things, etc. We have a lot of work. If you have a helper (particularly for moving things), that is a plus. We try to slot the work to be completed Monday through Saturday, during the day, but we have some emergencies that pop up sometimes, and need someone willing to do an emergency service call on a Sunday, or very rarely at night sometimes. NOTE: Unlike most management that does not care about their tenants, we REALLY CARE about them, because they are our customers. We are looking for someone to join our team that will provide that same level of care and service. Tell us a little about yourself, how many years' experience, the types of things you can do, the type of things you are not so good at (it's better to know up front, versus both of us both frustrated/disappointed later), and what your rate would be.
