Commercial Office Services looking for part-time Maintenance Technician to cover multiple properties and perform the following duties: •Replace light bulbs and ballasts •Minor plumbing repairs •Minor electrical repairs •Minor door/lock repairs •Miscellaneous building repairs which do not require a license •Respond to HVAC requests and provide minor maintenance to T-stats and VAV boxes •Track appropriate levels of required maintenance supplies •Initial interface with various service providers •Compile and review all service provider paperwork and submit to Manager for processing •Walk exterior of building and grounds •Check stairwells for combustible or other dangerous items •Maintain emergency lights and exit lights •Check elevator mechanical room(s) •Test elevator emergency phones for active connection to monitoring console •Visually inspect fire alarm panel **Valid drivers license must**
