Brooklyn Restaurant Group is looking for pizza chefs. *Salary - based on experience. *Additional - guaranteed option of either / revenue share and equity. What we are looking for: 5+ years experience in pizza minimum. Upscale Italian / High volume a plus. Natural yeast fermentation experience a plus. Food vendor relationships / Italian vendors a plus.
