We are a small experience design agency; we produce events approximately every 10 days throughout NYC. Once a year, we produce in the Hamptons, and once a year we produce upstate.
The Role: we are seeking 1-2 people to have on roster, who can help manage our inventory. This includes but is not limited to:
Receive lists of inventory needed for each event
Go to storage
Load out inventory list
Load inventory into vehicle
Deliver inventory to event site
Assist in set up
Return post-event to help break down
Load inventory back into vehicle
Load inventory back into storage
Mark checklist that all has been returned
Qualified candidates:
Have demonstrated experience in the service industry
Have professional experience w moving, storage and/or events (highly preferred)
Have the physical ability to lift heavy items
Be able to provide up to 3 reference checks
Have a valid driver's license
Have a working email that you check often
Have availability from late afternoon till late night
