Busy Senior Living Center in need of an assistant maintenance person. Some knowledge of light electrical and light plumbing would be helpful. Good painting skills also helpful. Duties include janitorial work including mopping and vacuuming of common areas, help with room turns, completing work orders in a timely manner, garbage pick up, grounds upkeep (no landscaping), window washing, etc.
You must be reliable and hard working. We have a large Senior population that you will be interacting with, so a friendly, patient, caring and helpful attitude is absolutely required.
This is a PART TIME opportunity, three days a week with Saturday a MUST WORK day. Lots of potential for advancement to full time with benefits. Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. You must pass a background check and drug test. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for ACHA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) to approve if you are not already in the ACHA system.
