Male Cat needs rehomed

I have been struggling with this decision for some time … but we need to rehome Boots. He showed up at our house 2 years ago and I was hoping as time passed he would adjust better but unfortunately it has been the opposite. He is now starting to fight with Tux my special needs cat. He is very sweet and happy when we are working at the neighbors house, but he is the opposite once he comes back to our house. He needs to be to only cat to be happy.
