She is legally blind and just isn’t able to take care of the puppy, it is just to much for her. Roxy is pad trained since my mother was unable to take her out, she is very loving, playful. She loves to sleep with you or by your side while your watching tv. She likes it when you throw her toys for her. She would make someone an awesome pet that is willing to keep her inside.
