Residential Construction Carpenter and Laborer/Trainee positions

We are a small but busy residential general contractor service/ high-end renovation company seeking to hire an experienced carpenter to join our team. We do a lot of detailed finish work from trim to tile, however we deal with all phases of construction. We have a vast knowledge on all areas of construction as well as the newest technologies and products. We are looking to add two positions to our team: 1: A good support person that will act as a laborer while training to become a skilled craftsmen 2: A skilled carpenter A trainee/laborer needs to understand how to keep the day running smoothly, keep the job-site clean & organized and should also have basic carpentry skills and knowledge of tools The skilled carpenter has to have the skill sets necessary to perform various tasks from light framing to finish carpentry with little to no supervision at times. We are willing to teach new skills or help improve on what you may already know regardless of which job you feel you are the best for for. The most important thing to us is self-motivation, dependability, attention to detail, cleanliness and a team mentality. Candidates are required to have a tool bag and hand tools. We provide all power tools, however, you are welcome to use your own power tools. We work on everything from early 1900s homes to brand new construction, so your ability to adapt to ever-changing work environments is imperative. Must have a valid driver's license, safe driving record and own a dependable vehicle. We mainly service Burlington, Bedford, Winchester, Lexington & Woburn. Occasionally there are jobs outside this service area, up to an hour away. Pay to be determined by skillset and experience. Jobs we have in process at the moment are as follows: -Building a new construction single family home -Renovating a 9,000 SF single family home -A small addition containing a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom -(2)Master bathroom renovations -(2) Kitchen renovations Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on experience
