Hi there! My name is Dave Treut. I've been teaching drum lessons through CL for the past 15 years. It's always fun, it's always easy! I've been a Drummer / Multi-Instrumentalist in NYC since 1997. My professional career has taken me from playing huge stages to dingy basements and everything in between. The lessons take place at my studio in my loft. I understand that most students are looking to learn something new and I admire the courage it takes to put yourself out there to learn. Some students have gone on to play in local bands, while most students use this as an opportunity to grow and enrich their lives. My aim is to get you playing, so as you learn I play along with bass or guitar so we can get to what we're in it for, to make MUSIC!
