Beautiful and sweet AKC Bernese Mountain dog

We need to rehome our beautiful and sweet Bernese mountain dog, due to allergies and our small apartment. He is 2.5 years old, microchipped, in perfect health, has all his shots, dew claws removed and very well behaved. He is pure bred AKC registered, and hasn’t been neutered. He is very snuggly and gentle with toddlers, small dogs, and even small animals like cats and bunnies. He knows several tricks like sit, stay, down, signal to go outside, shake, etc. and is well behaved at dog parks (never had aggression issues). His hips are healthy, he is slim and active but also sleeps a lot. Super loving and loves attention. He has perfect Berner markings (cross on the chest, white tip on tail, etc) and can be studded but hasn’t been. He answers to Odin, Sharky, or anything if it means attention! He has the perfect goofy but sweet berner personality and we get stopped all the time with people admiring him. We want to make sure he goes to the best possible home, and will ask a small rehoming fee.
