Join us at Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia for our Bob Brockman NIA Jam in his memory! Bob attended the NIA classes at Cancer Support Community during his cancer journey. He enjoyed the vitality of its movements, the music and the fellowship that accompanied NIA classes. Bob was a man who lived with multiple sclerosis and cancer. NIA offered a way for him to move as best as he could. He found that the exercise nourished his body and his soul through the opportunity for personal expression. With multiple teachers, no matter what experience or fitness level you are, you will have a wonderful experience. Come out in-person for this safe and supportive morning of collaboration and experience the joy of movement. First 50 people registered receive a free t-shirt. Please indicate your size at check out. We will try to accommodate size requests, however size is not guaranteed. Children and teens are welcomed to join in if accompanied by adult.
