Local, family-owned meat company is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to work as a delivery driver, and/or meat production assistant. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Deliver products to customers in timely manner - Wrap and package meat for deliveries - Assist in organizing products in freezers/coolers - Assist meat cutters with trimming of meat products - Operate and assist with slicing machines and production equipment - Clean production equipment and processing room JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Team player with a positive attitude! - Must have strong work ethic - Must be able to calculate weights using scales - Must be punctual and have reliable transportation to work PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Frequent maneuvering in and out of freezers, coolers and processing room - Two handed lifting, handling, and carrying boxes up to 60 lbs - Two handed pushing, pulling and lifting of loaded and unloaded carts - Neat and professional appearance required. Prospective candidates will go through a pre-employment interview. Full time position available if candidate shows strong work ethic and team attitude. Must be available Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm (start/end hours may vary) Salary: $19/hr (based on experience)
