SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility for this position is performing light maintenance at rental properties in the Property Force Inc. portfolio. These properties are located in San Francisco, in the Peninsula and in Sunnyvale.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Report to the Lead Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Coordinator regarding recurring apartment and single-family home maintenance.
Complete light maintenance at various apartment buildings and single-family homes based on work orders scheduled in the property management software AppFolio.
Communicate with the main office and with tenants regarding work orders.
Utilize the AppFolio mobile app to manage work orders from start to completion. Verify with tenants that they are satisfied with the completed work.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Experience Requires:
High School diploma or equivalent
Verified apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance experience
Reliable transportation
Spanish speaking preferred but not required
