How did Newton Highlands grow from a rural crossroads at Centre Street and Route 9 into the vibrant village that we know today? Our tour takes you past key landmarks from the 1800s, including the train station, the Stevens Block, the former Hyde School, and elegant Victorian homes. We are presenting this tour with the Newton Highlands Congregational Church, now celebrating its 150th anniversary. Our tours are presented with support from Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
