Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center is proud to celebrate its 14th Anniversary with a celebration of music featuring: Butterscotch The vocal percussionist virtuosa that blends Hip Hop, Jazz, Soul and Reggae for an invigorating fusion of singing, beat-boxing, and playing the piano and guitar simultaneously. With Nelson Cade III - discovered on NBC’s The Voice, Nelson returns to Newport News as a crowd favorite with his signature vocal stylings and guitar. And Kensie B. & Company - a multi-faceted band with fresh vision jazz with an intimate nod to Ella Fitzgerald.
