Come experience the power of building in-person connections with fellow HIE families in a relaxed, low-key environment. This year, we are excited to offer the East Coast retreat located just outside of Boston, MA at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, MA. Attendees will enjoy relaxation, some get to know you activities, and opportunities to connect and explore with others. Families will be responsible for booking their own hotel rooms under the Hope for HIE block at this link, or by calling the hotel directly to book and mentioning our group, for a nightly rate of $99/night plus applicable taxes and fees. The hotel includes a hot breakfast buffet each morning. Reservations need to be made by October 14th, 2022 for a guaranteed room and rate. Registration fee is $25/family and includes: Saturday dinnerFamily swagGet to know you activities for the whole familyReserve Your Hotel Room ___________________________________________________ The Fine Print: You must be a member of the Hope for HIE community in good standing to attend.Registration fees are non-refundable. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday, snacks, beverages, additional on-site and off-site activities, following all policies of the hotel, etc.Registration will close on October 15, 2022 at 11:59 pm or when all spots are filled (up to 20 families), whichever comes first. If all spots are reserved, we will enact a wait list. Once your registration is complete, you will be added into a closed Facebook networking group, where you can discuss travel, logistics, excitement, etc.!All information you provide will be used solely for this event and will only be shared with the event planners and participants as needed.COVID precautions are recommended including masking one week in advance of the event for all attendees, rapid COVID tests the day of, masking during gathering times, and isolating and testing should any member of the party experience symptoms.
