Kick It by Eliza is a 13 round fitness method that is music driven and kickboxing inspiring. This group fitness class is filled with high intensity intervals with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components, and a meditative cool down. All levels are welcome. Class will be taught by Olivia Porada. *The Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) host the annual Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
