Sunset BCY this Sunday morning!! ☀️ Join us for a beautiful hike and yummy summit flow with Laura Ward. This class is free but Laura accepts tips if you loved class :) 🙏🏼 Class theme: Fall back to you. 🍂🧡✨ We will meet at 10am at the NEW Bell Canyon Preservation Trail Head. This is a new, two-level, parking lot where this trail can be accessed. You can turn into this parking from Wasatch Blvd (just south of the entrance to the Little Cottonwood Canyon). Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, yoga mat and a snack to keep you fueled. See you there, xo, Laura
