Rehoming 12 week old puppy

We are rehoming this beautiful puppy. He is a 12 week old golden retriever /black German Shepard mix. He is crate trained and goes potty outside. He is up to date on shots so far. We will send him with a playpen, harness and leash, food bowl and a couple toys. He has lots of energy and also naps a ton still. We really want to find him his forever home and to someone who loves puppies! Preferably a family who will be home often. Small rehoming fee to make sure we find a good family for him.
