Moving Help Needed. 2-3 Hours

Looking for two helpers to help me load a moving truck on 9/29 (late afternoon or early evening) or possibly very early on 9/30. I'll have many of the boxes already taken down to the garage for loading, looking for careful helpers to carry a couch, California king mattress, couple tvs and credenzas down 56 stairs (4 floors). Have moving straps to making carrying easier. Everything will be super organized and in boxes. Not looking for a moving company. Just a couple college kids or people looking to make some extra money on the side. Please let me know your hourly rate. Only expect this to take 2-3 hours.
