Description

Mead, melomel, honey-wine, delicious; whatever you call fermented honey it is undoubtedly a unique and popular beverage! Invented independently in cultures all across the globe, the ancient Scandinavians made mead a well-known alternative to beers and ales, drinking mead as a part of their long voyages and many rituals and celebrations. Learn how to make mead in this surprisingly simple and fun class at the Manchester Makerspace! The process, while pretty easy, will take 3 weekends, some note-taking, a lot of patience, so come prepared! All ingredients will be provided!
