Family Health & Fitness Day is a free, fun-filled, family event on Saturday September 24th from 10am-2pm at Pullen Park (520 Ashe Ave, Raleigh, NC 27606) featuring: - A pop-up market featuring our favorite health & wellness professionals, parenting experts, and local makers & crafters - Family movement activities & games to get everyone in your family moving and having fun - A free swag bag full of coupons & local goodies for the first 150 families - A raffle for awesome giveaways - Music from a family-friendly DJ This event is hosted by Milestones Pediatric & Maternal Nutrition and presented by Emerge Pediatric Therapy.
