1st Annual Halloween Spooktacular Shindig @ El Kahir 1st Annual Halloween Spooktacular. Slap & Tickle will be playing from 8-11 pm. Doors open @ 7pm, Costume contest for individuals AND groups! Must be 21 or older to attend. $10 Cover Charge at the door. No Advance Ticket Sales available. There will be a 50/50 drawing and you must be present to win.
