Looking for F/T property manager to help with household and property maintenance (19 acres). Lots of OUTSIDE work - yard work, digging (sometimes with excavator), fixing and installing things in and around house (must be good with tools!), lifting of furniture, working in garage, cleaning / caring for animals. Must know how to operate tools and machinery (excavator, tractor, trailers). Must be good with animals - dogs, goats, chickens. Must be able to lift heavy things. Must have clean driving record - will need to be able to run errands and help with taking animals to vet, etc.
