This is a faith- based workshop that is centered around Job 22:28. It is designed to help guide you on your journey to homeownership. The scripture says: Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; and the light shall shine upon thy ways. (KJV) In other words: Once you decide on a thing, it will be done. What you speak or declare will happen for you. So, if you have decided that you want to become a homeowner, this interactive workshop is perfect for you. You have to put in the work, and it starts here. You will learn about the entire homebuying process from credit readiness, financing, the home search process, down payment requirements, down payment assistance, and much more. Course materials and light refreshment will be provided. Feel free to bring your personal laptop if you have 1 (requested, not required). Also, bring a picture of the type of house you desire to have (optional).
