John Gabaldon, urban shaman will perform a "sound bath", bringing sounds of a crystal harp, crystal bowls, hand pan drum, , Tibetan bowls, mouth harp, crystal harp, drums, various gongs and many other instruments, creating a sound healing session and guided meditation for participants with some breathwork to start the class. Patrick Achis, is a restorative yin yoga teacher will guide the class with long, deep holds of postures allowing the body to get into deep tissue work. BRING: blanket/mat/pillow cover as well during sound bath and water. All tickets must be purchased in advance! Thank you. PARKING: Upon entering Hollywood Forever (east of Gower on south side of street) drive past guard shack (you can ask that person too) and drive forward past wishing well in center of street to first stop sign and then go LEFT. Drive to first Stop sign and then park anywhere near where you see the pyramid and the CATHEDRAL is after the Fairbanks Lawn, (past Toto on your right) where soundbath will be held .
