Join SGMC's Chef Michael Galadza for a unique cooking class experience. The class will feature professional, hands-on instruction on how to prepare vegetable spring rolls with a homemade ginger-soy vinaigrette. Ingredients will be locally sourced and Georgia Grown. The class is open to any skill level, from introductory to experienced! Attendees will enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres and their prepared dish. They will also receive a complimentary apron and chef's hat.
