Your rage is sacred. But often, as women, we have been conditioned and taught to suppress our anger. Because of this, we have silenced our voices and not allowed ourselves to express the full range of our emotions.
Join Regina for a Sacred Rage workshop & breathwork experience where, together, we will learn how to use our voices, channel our rage and anger, and transmute it all through a potent breathwork experience.
After the experience, there will be light refreshments, integration & socializing.
How to prepare:
Wear something comfy that you can move around in. We will be laying on yoga mats on the floor.Think about your intention for the experience. What is one thing you are calling into your life in this experience?Come with an open mind and open heart.Yoga mats, blankets & bolsters will be provided.
