This 2,5 hour course will help you learn the basic fundamentals of how to jump. Anneke will explain the process of jumping and how to build confidince while getting air in a safe way. Expect to: - Explore techniques to create more momentum on the jumps and trails. - Learn the skills that will makes jumping manageable and safe. - Discover the step-by-step processes of jumping and pumping. - Small group sizes to ensure an optimal learning environment. - Have a progressive experience that will elevate your tool kit of skills to take onto the trails. Retired pro athlete and now full time coach Anneke Beerten will be hosting this clinic. Anneke's background in riding and racing will help you learn everything you need to know in becoming a good and safe jumper! LOCATION: This clinic will be held at Slaughter Pen and the trail we will be practicing on will be; All American Hero's. This clinic will requere an novice / intermediate skills level and riding experiance. General information: REQUIRED SKILLS: Rider should be comfortable with riding green and some blue trails. This clinic requires using multiple fundamental skills at once. EQUIPMENT NEEDED / RECOMMENDED: Mountain bike in good working order, E-Bikes are welcome, helmet, gloves, knee pads and elbow pads are recommended. In the event of inclement weather, we will cancel the clinic and issue a refund or transfer credit to another clinic. If the clinic registration does not reach a minimum of 4 participants the clinic is subject to cancellation and you will be fully refunded.
