I was on Edlridge and Rivington New Year's Eve and a man started talking to me. He thought I had lost my glove but it was in my other hand. He said he had family about two blocks down and pointed towards Houston. He had an accent. Very polite. Stupidly we did not exchange names or numbers. He had an accent...maybe Hispanic or French. I know it's a very long shot but someone might remember a family member showing up New Year's Eve...about 5'9"..I think green or blue eyes. Please contact me if you might know him. I don't even know what time it was....between 7 and 10 PM
