I am building a 1250 sq ft home at Ocean Shores. I need to get it drywalled in October. I need drywall installed, taped, textured ready for my priming and painting. The floors will NOT be installed until AFTER the drywall. I can provide house plans for you to do a full bid. Any bid you provide would be subject to your site inspection. I would like to know when you can start in October and an estimate of number of days to complete. I will pay cash 30% at the start, balance (cash) upon completion. I can provide materiels or you can.
