Immediate opening for Warehouse / Counter Service Representative Location: Waldorf, MD Compensation: $16.00/hour Part Time, M-F, Occasional Saturdays, 1st Shift Approx 29 hours, Mon 8:30 - 5 & 2 other wk days + Occasional Saturday 9-1 Reports to: Branch Manager Are you the energetic and active-type who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with customer base over the phone and in person Promote products and services to meet our customer's needs Process incoming freight including receiving parts and equipment, stocking, picking, and shipping customer's orders Process customer's orders and returns accurately and efficiently including payments and refunds Maintain an accurate record of all customer quotes and inquiries
