Went out and looked for a shih tzu for my sister for Mother's Day because she really wanted one. "Cuddles" was more than she thought she could handle. She gave her back to me where I went and got her shots, got her fixed and chipped. However I have not registered her chip due to me not being able to keep her so I'm leaving it for the new parents to register the chip under their information.
