Property Management Office is looking for a Maintenance Tech to service our commercial/residential properties in the DMV area. Job requirements including but not limited to: *Plumbing and Electrical *Carpentry and turnover renovations *Responds to Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager's work order requests and resolves issues in a timely manner *Groundskeeping and other building maintenance items as needed *3+ years HVAC experience preferred *Experience with roof repair is a plus Competitive salary and benefits. Applicant must have own car/truck with a clean driving record. Must have basic tools. Must be available to work evenings and weekends (rotating on-call schedule).
