Please contact us if interested and make sure to leave contact information in email or resume. ** Catalyst Powertrain is looking to expand into the Spokane area and we are looking for interested candidates that are willing to help get truck shop started in the area. Main focus will originally be industrial transmission sales, service, and repair focusing on the commercial heavy duty truck market. We will be looking for somebody to help grow business and develop truck repair side of business by managing and hiring potential & necessary shop employees. Catalyst Powertrain provides fleet and maintenance services for all light/medium/heavy duty trucks, material handling units, and industrial/construction equipment markets. CPT provides factory authorized sales, parts and service for Allison Transmission, Kubota industrial engine, Yanmar Industrial engine, Transfluid Industrial & Marine, and Odyne Hybrid Systems. With locations already established is the Seattle and Portland areas, this is a great opportunity to expand knowledge among many product lines. Qualified applicants must have: • 5+ years experience in the diesel technician field • Customer service & managerial experience is required • Class B CDL required • Knowledge of complete diesel truck systems: engines, hydraulics, brakes, electrical, A/C, suspensions, differentials and transmissions. • Manual/Automatic Transmission experience a plus • The ideal candidate must be willing to work, maintain a positive attitude, be team-oriented, versatile, resourceful, dependable, flexible, and someone who takes pride in their work. • Valid driver’s license and a clean DOL record • Must provide own tools • Ability to lift 60 Lbs • Pass a pre-employment drug screening Qualified applicants only Competitive Wage based on experience, bonuses based on growth Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), 401K, Excellent Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Paid Holidays, paid training Job Type: Full-time Schedule- Full Time 7:30am- 4:00pm M-F **This is an exploratory job offering and time frame is dependent on multiple factors.
