Found a moto phone in the road. Had dead battery or the cock of falling off the car messed with it. Wouldn't turn on. Just got home n charging it and it turns on but screen is locked must know unlock code to recieve the phone. No not over the phone. Ill meet in public. Or be able to describe a couple of pictures on SD card. As I tried while I was out working and put it in my moto. But nothing in there to identify owner text preferred
