Job Requirements: • Provide general maintenance for the buildings and grounds including routine, emergency and preventative repair (basic painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance/machine repair work) • Respond to maintenance requests in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner • Maintain inventory of supplies • Maintain tools and equipment • Have excellent communication and customer service skills • Must possess physical strength and agility necessary to perform the job's duties as there is moderate to heavy physical activity • Have the ability to work independently and prioritize work assignments • Must possess a valid Maine driver's license with a clean driving record and own a vehicle • Must be available for on-call duty every other week (including holidays and weekends) and carry a work phone when on-call • Pool experience desired • Need to have a flexible winter schedule in order to perform snow removal from sidewalks and entryways
