Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with solid skills in carpentry and/or plumbing. Qualified candidates will have appropriate vehicle, tools, valid driver's license, ability to work independently, and professional conduct around customers.
Responsibilities
Inspect and assess jobs for repairs/improvements as per the request of our customers.
Perform maintenance of plumbing fixtures (faucets, shower valves, toilets, shut off valves, drain repair/cleaning, etc.)
Perform repairs when necessary, on structural framing, locks, doors, windows, trim work, drywall repair, etc.
Assist in larger jobs such as remodels, renovations, demo, and more.
Skills
Solid understanding of plumbing and/ or carpentry
Problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength (ability lift 70 lb.) with a willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent; Any certifications or course completion is a plus but not required.
Punctuality and drive to provide great results
