Opportunities are available in the apartment industry throughout the Denver Metro! Responsibilities for Groundskeepers include but are not limited to: • Pick up trash/debris and maintain a clean facility/grounds • Change bulbs in common areas and exterior light fixtures • Must be able to move large items (ex. appliances, furniture, etc.) • Exterior/ Interior touch up building maintenance (common areas including stairwells, hallways, etc.) • Delivering office correspondence to residents’ doors • Help with any additional responsibilities/projects assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager • Ability to physically manage painting, pressure washing, leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots You will ensure a positive first impressions of the community. Some of the duties & expectations for Make Ready and Maintenance Tech positions are but not limited to: • Must have own basic tools to complete assigned tasks • Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests • Light plumbing & electrical experience preferred • Change/repair light bulbs, locks • Must be able to install and repair appliances • Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, light drywall repair • Ability to perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots • Pick up trash/debris and maintain a clean facility/grounds including cleaning pet station areas • Delivering office correspondence to residents’ doors • Help with any additional responsibilities/projects assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager Must be available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.
