Lost white and brown chihuahua

My dog Ralfie snuck through the fence on the 18th of Sept and now he’s lost. I live in Brandywine neighborhood in Broomfield. He’s 14lbs, white chihuahua mix. Responds to Ralfie. He’s 17.5 years old. He on meds and is on special food. Please call or text if you have seen him . Worried sick over losing him. He’s chipped please take him to any vet for scanning.
