Hill’s Wiring is actively hiring an Estimator/Project Manager to join its team in Baraboo, WI. As an Estimator/Project Manager you will provide designs of electrical systems that will meet the customer’s needs, expectations, and are up to code. If you enjoy a wide range of duties, this role also offers the chance to build estimates, manage project timelines, lead staff/sub-contractors, and handle budgets. Hill’s Wiring is known for providing high-quality electrical work and conscientious project management for over 100 years. Job Responsibilities: • Design and bid electrical projects • Manage, organize, communicate, and delegate project tasks as necessary • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of project documents, including plans and specifications • Assure that all project closeout paperwork is completed in a timely manner • Assist with purchasing, procurement, and subcontract management Requirements: • High school diploma/GED, required • Valid driver’s license required • Past electrical experience required • Strong communication skills required Hill’s Wiring is excited to welcome this new team member.
